I take care to attend to details and create a unique approach that is specific to your needs. Private pay sessions allow flexibility of time and a facilitated process that is efficient and relevant. The services I offer are self care. This is the same type of expenditure that you would budget for an exercise class, a massage, a vacation, entertainment or a haircut. The services you receive positively impact your overall well being and have a ripple effect into all aspects of your life. Sessions may be scheduled at increments of:

30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes, 75 minutes or 90 minutes.
